Along with characters like MX Mug, Spike Speedwrench and the infamous Skuzzer Switchblade, Radical Rick grew into one of BMX's most historical figures through the pages of BMX Plus! magazine. The 40th Anniversary Freestyler was created to take a DNA strand or two from our past and thread it into state of the art contemporary designs of the present. Look at this masterpiece, from a glance it's difficult to tell from the original 40 years prior. But when you look closely, you will see all modern technology. Hourglass Mid BB, internal headset. The Sureshot is designed with a more ramp/park/trails geometry than our other frames. The ALVX AF+ is the latest version of Alex Donnachie’s signature ALVX frame. Featuring the same super tech geometry and ultra short rear end, but now with an updated invest cast chainstay yoke which maintains the tire clearance as well as creating a more rigid rear triangle and it also looks pretty sick. - Invest cast chainstay yoke which creates more clearance for the tire for when your wheel is slammed, because this part is cast and heat treated it strengthens the rear end of the frame by stiffening it up - 7mm thick invest cast dropouts to provide good support for your axle, and the small shape has been designed for grinding meaning there's no overhang to catch on ledges or rails,. The dropout is heat treated before welding making it extra tough with integrated chain tensioner bolts inside - Brake mounts: none - External gussets for strength - Sanko Japanese seamless 4130 chromoly
